For online orders you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. (with the exclusions listed below). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and tags attached. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We inspect all items that are shipped out prior to shipping so they are in perfect condition.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.  We inspect all items that are shipped out prior to shipping so they are in perfect condition and unopened.. If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit that is valid for 6 months..  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.

*All Sale items are final sale. Perfumes and bath products are not returnable and are final sale. Bathing suits, bodysuits, and intimates are all FINAL SALE - not returnable. Wellness products are not returnable.

Magnolia Pearl items are Final Sale, Signature is required upon delivery, Magnolia Pearl is excluded from any sale or discount.
